SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Rev 320 Ultimate Hair Systems, Inc., (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships orders received through our website (Rev-320.com) or our Mobile App, to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Currently, we don’t ship internationally.
Orders received through our website or Mobile App are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). All orders are packaged and shipped from our Simi Valley, California distribution center.
SHIPPING METHODS, RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES*
Fedex Home Delivery
1 business day-Flat Rate: 12.50
FedEx 2 day
2 business days-Flat Rate: 8.50
FedEx Express Saver
3-5 business days-Flat Rate: 8.00
The above delivery times are in addition to packaging and processing times.
The Fedex Home Delivery method is only available for local shipments.
Orders to be delivered to Hawaii or Alaska can only be shipped using the 2nd Day methods.
SHIPPING RATES & Proccessing times
The shipping rates for most of our products are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders submitted by 11 A.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on a business day are typically processed for shipment the same day. Orders received after 11 A.M. PST are processed the following business day, unless that day falls on a major holiday, in which case, the order will be processed on the next “non-holiday” business day.
We don’t accept orders that use PO/APO/FPO boxes for the billing or shipping addresses. If you submit an order using a PO/APO/FPO address, we will need to contact you for an alternative address, which may delay your order.
All orders of $150 or more require a signature upon receipt to ensure packages are delivered safely and to the right individual.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We go out of our way to ensure that our customers are happy with our products. If for any reason, you’re not happy with any item you order, you can return it to us for a full refund if your request meets the following guidelines:
ONLINE ORDERS ONLY
This Refund Policy applies to online orders only. Purchases made at retail locations must be returned to the location where the purchase was made.
Thirty (30) day return deadline
All refund requests must be submitted, and the products returned to our distribution center in Simi Valley, California within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. We don’t provide refunds for products returned after thirty (30) days of your purchase date.
METHOD OF REFUND PAYMENT & PROCESSING TIMES
Refunds will be issued via the payment method that you used to make the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made back to the same credit card you used.
Please allow up to four (4) weeks from the date of shipping the product(s) back to us for any refund you request to be issued.
COST OF SHIPPING
The cost of shipping any product(s) you wish to return will be your responsibility unless we determine that the reason for your return was due to our error or omission (i.e. incorrect or defective product was shipped to you). We don’t accept CODs for returned products.
